Ingredients:
2 cups of sticky rice
6 to 10 small dates (dried)
4 apricot (dried)
.5 tsp pink salt
1 Tsp olive oil
1 Tsp cranberry jelly
Some crushed nuts (cashews)
Cooking instruction:
Soak the rice, dates and apricot together for four hours; use Tiger cooker (电饭煲)and set it on Sweet Rice; after it’s done, throw in the salt and olive oil and mix them well; use a small bowl to shape each load; place some cranberry jelly on top and stripe the sides with it as well; finally sprinkle the crushed nuts over it.

把糯米泡6個小時,如果放豆類要泡8到10個小時,蓮子泡5個小時. 把粽葉放鍋底鋪滿,再拿幾片順著鍋壁圍好一圈。放泡好的米一層,放棗一層,再放一層薄薄的米,放豆豆類,蓮子….再放一層米,最後放一層棗或果匍,加入,稍稍超過最上一層。高壓鍋45分鐘。這是懶人粽子。

传统粽子做法所需要的食材主要是糯米,辅助的食材随个人喜好添加。可做甜味(红枣,赤小豆,绿豆,花生米,芸豆等与糯米配伍,不至于太黏)吃时加上蜂蜜即可。亦可做咸味(广州香肠,或者做到八成熟的红烧肉,或者咸鸭蛋黄与糯米配伍,更好吃)。
